Karla Cota, MS, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Arizona, Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the State of New Hampshire and the founder of Stepping Stones Care BC. All services provided are confidential and follow the ethical standards set by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners, New Hampshire Board of Mental Health Practice and the American Counseling Association.

This practice uses HIPAA-compliant platforms, including  HIPAA compliant Note Taker, for secure documentation and optional session transcription. Client privacy is always a top priority.
