Hannah Sinners, MSN, RN, CNL. Certified Clinical Nurse Leader | Mental Health Specialist.
Hannah is a dedicated registered nurse with over a decade of experience in healthcare and seven years of focused expertise in mental health. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Care and Outcomes Management and is a board-certified Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL).
Throughout her career, Hannah has worked across diverse care settings, supporting individuals living with serious mental illness, behavioral health needs, and complex comorbidities. Her work is grounded in a person-centered approach, emphasizing compassionate care, safety, and measurable outcomes.
Hannah brings both clinical insight and systems-level thinking to her work, helping individuals and teams navigate the challenges of mental health with empathy, clarity, and evidence-based strategies
Karla Cota, MS
Karla Cota holds a Master of Science in Psychology with an Emphasis in General Psychology. Karla earned my Bachelor of Art in Christian Studies in 2013, and Master of Science in Psychology in 2017 from Grand Canyon University. Karla has worked with youth and adult clients in residential and rehabilitation settings for 8 years. Karla has experience focused on crisis intervention, mentor crisis management for parents/guardians, lead coaching and mentoring groups, development of social skills, problem-solving, decision making skills, trauma, multiculturalism, gender, and sexual minorities, co-occurring disorder, healthy relationship dynamics, identify formation, forgiveness, anger management, life coaching, and holistic knowledge.
